Welcome to Pairo. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Pairo. By using the app you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens under it. Do not share your login, impersonate others, or use the app for anything unlawful.

3. Virtual coins & purchases

Coins are a virtual, in-game item licensed to you for entertainment within Pairo.
Coins have no real-world or monetary value.
Pairo is not gambling and does not offer real-money wagering of any kind.
In-app purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their refund policies.

4. Fair play & conduct

Play fair. Do not cheat, use bots or unauthorized tools, harass other players, or post content that is illegal, hateful, or abusive. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

5. User content

You keep ownership of the names, messages, and highlights you create. By posting them, you grant Pairo a license to display and distribute that content within the app to operate features like the feed and spectating.

6. Service availability

We work to keep Pairo running smoothly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Disclaimer & liability

Pairo is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Pairo after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
